Lords Resort Khanvel, Khanvel

I had a wonderful stay at the resort, enjoying the clean and spacious cottages that provided a lovely lawn view. The staff, especially the reservations manager, went out of their way to make us feel welcome right from the check-in. However, there were some shortcomings with cleanliness in areas like the swimming pool and room maintenance, which dampened the experience a bit. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing family getaway with enjoyable amenities and a nice atmosphere.

My stay at this resort was quite disappointing, primarily due to the poor service and maintenance issues.
